Scorpion (MacDonald Gargan)

MacDonald Gargan was actually a private investigator hired by J.John Jameson to get pictures of Spider-Man. Due to Spider-Man's spider-sense, MacDonald was always unable to get pictures of Spider-Man. J.John Jameson then paid $10 000 to support MacDonald to go through a animal mutation experiment to later become the menace known as Scorpion. Scorpion had managed to defeat Spider-Man once in their first encounter, but due to Spider-Man's wits, Scorpion has been unable to best Spider-Man and has been often working as a villain for hire. He has recently joined forces with Alchamex to take down the Miguel O'Hara, the Spider-Man of the future. He has once again failed and has been sent to prison.

Powers:

•Superhuman Strength of up to 15 tons ( Scorpion had shown many times to be able to lift heavy objects like cars and bending metal as if it is like break a pencil and has often overpower Spider-Man in many occasions.)

•Wall Crawling (Scorpion is able to stick onto any surface, allowing him to climb walls and achieve many feats.)

•Superhuman Speed (Scorpion is able to run as fast as an accelerating car on foot.)

•Superhuman Durability (Scorpion's body is much tougher to the extend that he is able to withstand injuries that a normal human can, such as falling from a height of several stories.)

•Superhuman Agility and Reflexes (Scorpion has reflexes and agility superior to that of the finest human athlete) 

•Electro Mechanical Tail (Scorpion tail can be controlled by Scorpion mentally as though the tail is part of his body. His tail has a sharp barb at the end and is able to swing at speeds up to 90 miles per hour. Most probably his deadliest weapon, Scorpion's tail also contain many different functions like laser beams.)

•Pincers (Scorpion has two large pincers on each hand that enables him to rip Spider-Man's webbing easily. In recent versions, his pincers have been shown to contain blasters and is able to laser beams from his pincers .)
